This Privacy Policy applies to our Nora AI Risk & Auto-Healing Platform, including our website, cloud services, APIs, SDKs, dashboards, and related offerings (collectively, the "Services"). Our Services are intended for business and professional use only.

Payment information is processed by third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe) and is not stored by us.

- AI prompts, responses, and decision logs
- system traces, metadata, and evaluation results
- operational and performance signals
This data ("Customer Data") may include personal information depending on customer usage.
- Customers act as the data controller
- We act as a service provider / data processor for such data, except where otherwise specified by contract

- operating system
- timestamps and usage patterns
- error, audit, and performance logs
This information is used for security, reliability, and service improvement purposes.
2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

- provide, operate, and maintain the Services

- detect, evaluate, and prioritize AI risks
- execute configured auto-healing actions
- improve service performance and reliability
- provide customer support and service communications

We do not sell personal information.
3. AI MODEL TRAINING & DATA USAGE (IMPORTANT)
3.1 Limited Model Improvement
Subject to customer configuration, contractual agreement, and applicable law,
we may use certain Customer Data to improve the Services, including:
- improving accuracy of risk detection and evaluation models
- improving prioritization and auto-healing logic
- improving system reliability and performance
3.2 Scope Limitations
Unless explicitly agreed in writing:
- Customer Data is not used to train or fine-tune general-purpose or foundation AI models
- Training is limited to risk, evaluation, and operational models
- Data is aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified where reasonably practicable
3.3 Customer Control
Customers may:
- opt out of model training usage
- restrict categories of data used
- request deletion or anonymization
Opting out does not affect core service functionality.
4. DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
We may share information with trusted third parties who provide services on our behalf, including:
- cloud infrastructure providers
- monitoring and security services
- billing and payment processors
- customer support tools
All such providers are contractually required to protect information and use it only for authorized purposes. We may also disclose information:
